How do I activate premium on my server?

Subscribe on Patreon, then join our support Discord and open a ticket. Include your Patreon username and Discord server ID and we'll activate it within 24 hours.

Can I use premium on multiple servers?

Each subscription covers one server. If you manage multiple servers and want premium on all of them, you'll need a separate subscription for each.

What happens if I cancel?

Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the server will revert to the free plan. Your data and settings are always kept.

Is the bot free without premium?

Yes! SX2 Nexus is completely free to use. Premium is optional and only unlocks extra features. Moderation, welcome, verification, giveaways, polls and most other features are free forever.

How is premium different for Twitch/YouTube notifications?

Twitch and YouTube notifications are exclusively premium features. Free servers cannot set them up. With premium, your community gets pinged automatically whenever you go live or upload a new video.
