By adding SX2 Nexus to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing the dashboard at sx2nexus.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must remove the bot from your server and stop using the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sam Develops ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of SX2 Nexus.
SX2 Nexus is a multi-purpose Discord bot providing moderation tools, welcome and verification systems, role menus, polls, giveaways, Twitch and YouTube notifications, custom commands, and a companion web dashboard for server configuration.
The service is provided through two components:
Certain features are restricted to servers with an active premium subscription (see Section 5).
You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age for digital consent in your jurisdiction — to use SX2 Nexus. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Use of SX2 Nexus does not exempt you from Discord's rules.
Server administrators who add the bot to a guild are responsible for ensuring its use within that server complies with these Terms.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these rules and to act accordingly.
To request a refund, email developssam@gmail.com within the applicable window. We will process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
SX2 Nexus is provided "as available" with no guaranteed uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Where practical, planned maintenance will be announced in the Discord support server in advance. We are not liable for any losses or disruption caused by service interruptions.
The SX2 Nexus bot, its name, logo, dashboard, and underlying code are owned by or licensed to Sam Develops. All rights are reserved.
Content you configure within the service (custom commands, welcome messages, role menu text) remains yours. By inputting that content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of SX2 Nexus without our prior written consent.
By you: You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from your server. Contact us to request deletion of your server's data.
By us: We may suspend or permanently remove bot access from any guild or user at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms, abuse of the service, or any conduct we deem harmful.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to:
We are not liable — under any legal theory — for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes, we will post an announcement in the Discord support server at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the new effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
